the pool is great, the apartments are not far from the ocean and main street with restaurants and stores, also great is quiet environment
Free wifi in the future would be great, its sad you dont have it. Loud neighbours - but it’s not your fault. We would prefer better duvets.

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the location of the complex, which offers rest and quiet for when you need it, but is also close to the beach and to the most leisurely and ambient area of Puerto del Carmen. On the other hand, we are very sorry to hear that the neighbours were loud, we always look out for the guests' rest and when this kind of thing happens we try to talk to the guests who are being loud to make them understand that they need to be quiet to respect others. We hope that your experience was not greatly affected and that you were able to rest anyway. We have noted your suggestion about changing the duvets and will look into how we can manage an upgrade if necessary. We really appreciate your feedback as it lets us know that the service we are providing is meeting the needs of our guests. Finally, the free WiFi service is something we are currently working on. Staff fantastic. Apartments spotless and very spacious. Pool area very clean. Complex quiet and relaxing
This complex was fabulous it is a 5 or 10 min walk to the main strip with a slight incline but supermarket around the corner and bars and restaurants along the way

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay..Cleanliness, tidyness and reception services were excellent.
My door lock was slightly faulty and needed some attention.
